If you speak from a position of lack, fear, or need, the subconscious mind treats those feelings as your current reality. This means you’ll keep experiencing more of the same.

To shift this, start reframing your inner dialogue to come from a place of empowerment and sovereignty. Instead of passive or hesitant language, use proactive, present-tense phrasing. You’re not “hoping,” “wishing,” or “trying,” or claiming it happened “already.” You are actively claiming your desired reality. The goal is to rewire your thinking so your ideal reality has been claimed.

Here’s how to do this concretely:

❌ Instead of saying:

“I hope I get through this.”

“I need to feel safe.”

“I want things to improve.”

“I wish I was stronger.”

✅ Say this instead:

“I am handling this.”

“I create my safety.”

“I choose clarity and stability now.”

“I am strong enough to navigate this.”

Your goal isn’t to pretend or fake positivity—it’s to train your nervous system and subconscious mind to recognize and align with the state you’re installing. Each time you catch yourself using passive or lack-based phrases, gently rewrite them in real time.

Try this exercise leading up to the workshop:

-Write down three sentences you commonly say to yourself that keep you stuck.

-Rewrite those sentences as powerful, present-tense statements.

-Say these new statements daily, out loud or silently, and notice how they shift your energy and perception.

Example:
❌ Old phrase: “I hope things will get better eventually.”
✅ New phrase: “I create positive change with each choice I make.”

Doing this repeatedly strengthens neural pathways, teaching your subconscious to automatically organize your life around these empowered truths. It creates the energetic foundation your talisman and ritual will reinforce.

If this isn’t a stretch, place these statements into your past.

Now that you’ve shifted your mindset into sovereign phrasing, it’s time to choose your personal anchor phrase. This phrase will become a clear, direct command that you imprint into your talisman during our workshop.

Your anchor phrase is short, precise, and stated as an accomplished fact. Avoid words that imply past lack, uncertainty, or the idea that something had to be fixed (like “already,” “finally,” “at last”). These subtly weaken your empowerment by implying that at some point you were incomplete or lacking.

Instead, make your statement definitive. Your subconscious hears commands as literal truths. It organizes your nervous system and reality around what you clearly declare as fact.

Here are powerful examples you might choose:

I stand firmly on solid ground.”

“My voice commands respect.”

“I embody complete calm.”

“My strength carries me easily.”

“Clarity is my natural state.”

Take a moment right now. Write down one clear, direct statement that resonates strongly with you. Keep it brief, straightforward, and powerful.

Example:

❌ Less effective: “I will find my calm soon.”
✅ Powerful anchor: “Calm belongs to me.”

During the workshop, you’ll imprint this phrase into your talisman. It becomes your personal, energetic reference point—your sovereign reminder of the reality you own and embody.

✍️ Step 3: Crafting Your Future Memory

Your final step is crafting a powerful future memory—an embodied scenario that anchors your chosen phrase deeply into your nervous system. Your subconscious mind and body treat vivid, sensory-rich visualizations as real experiences, building pathways to match that reality.

Here’s exactly how to do it:

Choose Your Moment:
Think of a single, vivid scenario where your anchor phrase is completely true and fully embodied.

Example: “I walk confidently into a room full of people.”

Engage Your Five Senses:
Clearly imagine this scenario, using all five senses to make it as realistic and detailed as possible.

Sight: What do you see? (The lighting, faces, colors, details.)

Sound: What do you hear? (Voices, background noises, silence.)

Touch: What do you physically feel? (Clothes on your skin, temperature, surface textures.)

Taste & Smell: What subtle tastes or scents are present? (Coffee, fresh air, perfume, food.)

Include Realistic Emotion and Sensation:
If you’re comfortable, intentionally incorporate realistic emotions or physical sensations, even challenging ones. The presence of real emotion or manageable discomfort makes the visualization believable to your nervous system.

Example: “My muscles feel slightly sore, but I stand strong and steady. Relief and pride fill my chest as I speak.”

Write It in Past Tense:
Clearly and vividly describe your scenario as if it’s fully completed and true. Don’t leave room for ambiguity—write with total certainty.

✅ Strong example:
“I stepped through the doorway, felt the firm ground beneath my feet, and spoke clearly. My voice filled the room easily, and I knew everyone heard me. I exhaled, calm and confident. My back hurt like hell. I used that pain to focus. I used my anger as fuel to manifest the needed outcome.”

❌ Weak example:
“I hope to feel comfortable when I speak.”

Daily Repetition & Reinforcement:
Regularly revisit your written future memory. Each day, spend a few moments silently reading or visualizing it. Feel it fully in your body and mind as if it’s genuinely happened. With repetition, your nervous system anchors this scenario deeply and accepts it as reality.

Pain, especially if its based in PTSD can help make these memories seem more real. It can also be triggering.Only use trauma if you feel like you can endure such an experience.

Each time the universe gives you even a small echo or indication that your scenario is appearing, refine your memory, weaving those real experiences into your future memory. This makes your future memory richer, stronger, and more integrated into your life.

This process clearly tells your nervous system:
“This scenario is real. This mindset belongs to me.”

The subconscious aligns your actions, decisions, and reality to match. That’s the magic at work.

🐾 Step 4: Connecting With Your Instinct Form (Spirit Animal)

In this step, you’ll incorporate an instinctual animal form into your future memory. Why an animal? Because instinct forms help your subconscious easily recognize and anchor strength, clarity, or emotional grounding. Your subconscious mind naturally resonates with the clear symbolism of animals, making it easier to integrate powerful feelings of support and protection. This isn’t just imagination—it’s directly accessing and reinforcing parts of your internal energy system that are already present but often overlooked.

When you vividly imagine your animal form alongside you, your body and subconscious mind deeply internalize the qualities it represents. This helps make your future memory feel fully embodied and realistic, increasing your emotional and energetic connection to the scenario you’re crafting.

Example Journal Entry (Ida at Work):

“Today, I stood in front of the conference room, preparing for a presentation that previously made me anxious. My shoulders were tight from stress, my jaw clenched from old worries. I paused and called forward my instinct form—my owl—and immediately felt its reassuring presence. Soft feathers brushed gently against my shoulders, and a quiet, soothing coo echoed softly behind me. The owl perched firmly, watching intently, holding my fear and vigilance so I could speak with absolute clarity.

My voice emerged calm and steady. My coworkers listened quietly, nodding, clearly understanding my message. The owl’s calmness and watchfulness allowed me to fully embody the strength and certainty I’d been building toward. When I finished, relief and pride flooded through my chest. I did it, not because I pushed through the anxiety, but because the owl carried the weight of those feelings for me.”

Why Ida Uses This Technique at Work:
Ida specifically uses this exercise at work because it’s a place where she previously struggled to feel strong, confident, and heard. Incorporating her instinctual owl form helps her internalize a sense of safety and calm authority, changing her somatic memory of the workplace from stress and anxiety to confidence and ease.

Using this exercise as a daily practice, Ida reshapes her subconscious experience at work, anchoring her new empowered reality firmly into her nervous system.

🔮 Why We Attach Memories to the Talisman (And Why It Works Like a Spell)

Your talisman is not just a symbolic object—it’s a physical anchor. When you imprint a memory, phrase, or visualization into it, you’re giving your body and subconscious mind a tangible, sensory reference point to return to. You’re turning a concept into something you can touch, hold, and revisit whenever you need it.

This works because memory isn’t just mental—it’s somatic. Your body stores memories as emotional and sensory imprints, not just as thoughts. So when you combine visualization, mantra, emotion, and physical touch, you’re building a complete loop: thought → feeling → sensation → object. The more complete that loop is, the more powerfully your system responds.

In spellwork, this is the same as binding a working to a vessel. You’re telling the universe:

“This moment lives here. This power lives here. This version of me is rooted here.”

Each time you touch or hold the talisman, you’re reactivating the memory and the energy it carries. It becomes a portable ritual—one you can access even when your thoughts scatter, your body hurts, or your emotions get loud.

From a magical perspective, this is also a form of timeline communication. You’re encoding a future memory—a version of you who already made it through the hard part—and storing that signal in a physical object. Every time you connect with the talisman, it’s like receiving a message from your future self:

🌀 Step 5: Collective Power – The Cone, The Circle, and Sovereign Sharing

At the final stage of our ritual, we’ll raise a Cone of Power—a focused collective current made from everything we’ve created together: breath, voice, memory, movement, intention, and sovereignty. This cone is not symbolic. It is energetic structure, pulsing with the lived imprint of what each person has contributed.

We direct this energy where it needs to go: into our talismans, into the ground, into the future we’ve named, and into the versions of ourselves we’ve chosen to anchor.

Your presence is part of the power. What you carry matters. This includes:

-The anchor phrase you claimed.

-The animal form you connected with.

-The clarity you embodied while others dropped in.

Before we seal the cone, there will be a short, focused sharing session. This is not a group therapy circle. This is not the place to tell your trauma story. What you share is not for catharsis—it’s for charging the field.

You may:

-Speak your anchor phrase aloud.

-Name your instinct form.

-Offer a breath, a growl, a sentence, or simply presence.

-Say nothing at all. Your silence is also power.

Some people in your life may feel unsettled by the new clarity or stability you embody. You may notice things falling away—habits, people, expectations, patterns that no longer fit. Shadow work can be disruptive. It can also be painful. Please be mindful of the consequences of this kind of work. You are not doing something wrong if chaos shows up. You are simply making space.

Bring your personal object:
Choose something small and meaningful—a crystal, pendant, ring, coin, or charm. This will serve as your personal anchor, and you’ll charge it with your chosen phrase and future memory during the ritual. You’ll also be gifted a talisman I created using jade, sunstone, and kyanite—each charged under the summer solstice with energy meant to sustain and support your sovereignty.

Come as you are:
There is no need to feel “ready,” perfect, or fixed. Your current state—however messy, tired, overwhelmed, or uncertain—is welcome. This workshop is not about healing in the traditional sense. It’s about creating safety in your body, on your terms, with the energy and reality you’re living in right now.

Be open and gentle with yourself:
If you choose to work with past pain or trauma, do so carefully. Use only the memories you feel safe enough to hold and process. You’re not required to revisit anything painful—only to anchor what you choose to carry forward.

Bring water, and get comfortable:
You’re welcome to sit or lie down during the meditation portion. We’ll be doing some light somatic movement and guided visualization. The Solaris space is already held as sacred, so a protective circle will be in place—but together, we’ll raise a cone of power to imprint this ritual into matter, memory, and timeline.
